Excessive Speed
Posted on Jun 24th, 2015 Comments (0)
Excess speed of many drivers is an ongoing concern in our neighborhood.  What can YOU do?  Contact Noblesville Engineering Department, John Beery at jbeery@noblesville.in.us and express your concerns.  (The more of us that he hears from, the more attention we will get.)
An "evalauation" will be done to determine speeds etc and we are hoping for not only the monitoring, but also one of those signs that show your speed to make each of us aware of how fast we really are driving, and perhaps a patrol car to sit inside as well, in addition to any suggestions to resolution to this ongoing problem.

Excess speed is always a concern, but especially during the summer when children are outside.  Nobody ever plans for an accident... that's why they are called accidents.  PLEASE SLOW DOWN!

Neighborhood Newsletter
Posted on Jan 5th, 2015
We thought we found a company do print and mail hard copies of our newsletter, but they backed out.  We are in the process of making one - electronically - and intend to have it out the middle to end of July.  If you would like an article to be included, please contact Tammie Gabriel at:  schatje831@gmail.com.  In addition, if you know of a company that is currently taking new subdivision newletters, please let Tammie know!
Your input is appreciated!  This is YOUR newsletter and we want you to have a voice.

Does your child offer any of the following services?
Babysitting, Mothers Helper, House Sitting, Pet Sitting, Snow Shoveling, Tutoring, or Lawn Mowing?  Scroll Down to the "Teen Services" portion and get set up.  This is the best way to let our neighbors know who to call!

Welcome to the New HSC Website!
Posted on Aug 18th, 2011
Welcome to the Highlands at Stony Creek (HSC) Web site from your HOA Board of Directors.

The HSC web site gives you a number of different options to explore and find out more about your community. A few examples are links to the covenants, for your review. They are the guiding precedent for our community.  You will find a link to the needed FORMS for any changes to your property, to be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee.

Also, the web site is where you REGISTER as a member of the Home Owners Association. This is the only way to guarantee to receive emails about events, crime, and important information that affects or neighborhood.
