Welcome to the New HSC Website!
Posted on Aug 18th, 2011
Welcome to the Highlands at Stony Creek (HSC) Web site from your HOA Board of Directors.

The HSC web site gives you a number of different options to explore and find out more about your community. A few examples are links to the covenants, for your review. They are the guiding precedent for our community.  You will find a link to the needed FORMS for any changes to your property, to be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee.

Also, the web site is where you REGISTER as a member of the Home Owners Association. Registration is very important in helping the board keep in touch with the membership on a more timely basis than our online newsletter.

Day with Santa
Saturday, December 20th, 1:00 - 5:00 pm - ASSIGNED TIMES at ClubHouse
Saturday December 20th is “Kids Day with Santa” from 1:00 – 5:00 pm.  This is an opportunity to take your children’s pictures with Santa Claus, make a craft, decorate a cookie, and listen to some Christmas music, while avoiding the crowd at the mall!  Santa’s Elf will be on hand to assist in the activities, and to read Christmas stories also.
The fee will be $5.00 per child to cover expenses associated with this event, and ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY, as supplies need to be ordered.  We are sorry, however walk in and late registrations will NOT be accepted.  Registration is due by December 6th.
Please note, each family will be given a specific time to attend this event as to give Santa proper breaks, and to maintain overcrowding.  This also allows you to spend some time with Santa and enjoy the activities without being rushed.

We are looking for volunteers to serve in these capacities:
  • Play the part of Santa Claus
  • Bake some sugar cookies for the kids to decorate at the event.
  • Donate a can of red, white or green frosting or cookie decorations
  • Work an hour in the cookie decorating / craft area
  • Be willing to read a Christmas story to children.
  • Help check in guests as they arrive
If you are willing to help with any of these items, please contact Tammie Gabriel via email: schatje831@gmail.com or by phone:  317-219-6877 home or 626-945-6442 cellular
